Roy Seals
Global Faith Mission Agency, Director
Roy and his wife, Edi, are both second-generation missionaries. Edi spent her youth with her missionary family on the island of Cayman Brac; Roy grew up as an MK on the Yucatan Peninsula in southern Mexico. Both Roy and Edi returned to the U.S. at the age of 18 to prepare for ministry at Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and met during their freshman year. After their marriage and graduation from Tennessee Temple University, Roy and Edi departed for the mission field in 1979 and served as resident missionaries on the Yucatan Peninsula in southern Mexico. Their missionary activity included evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership training, youth and children ministries, camp ministry, an extensive literature outreach, and radio ministry.
Having served as resident missionaries on the foreign field, Roy and Edi now serve in mission administration and cross-cultural ministries both here in the United States and abroad. Roy and Edi are supported as faith-based missionaries.
Jason Sneed
Global Faith Mission Agency, Administrative Director
Jason and his wife, Cara, have served in church ministry for 25 years, before joining GFMA. After graduating from Tennessee Temple University, Jason served at both Worship Pastor & Children's Pastor for 25 years at a church in Tennessee.
Jason will be responsible for the administrative operations of the agency, as well as the communications and mobilization of missionaries. Mobilizing missionaries to get to the field is urgent. By equipping and sending missionaries out through Global Faith Mission Agency, we can provide the nations with the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jason and Cara have one daughter, Jenna.
Phil Winfield
Director of Missionary Encouragement
We are Phil and Bonnie Winfield, and we are following God’s new direction in our lives. In the spirit of Barnabas, “a son of encouragement”, we sense a compelling call to come alongside churches and missionaries to encourage, engage, and inspire them in their efforts at local and world evangelism. With a firm conviction that the Great Commission, as stated in Mark 16.15, has not been rescinded, we seek to help churches as they send, and missionaries as they, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
We have served together for 45 years of ministry, including positions of assistant pastor, associate pastor, co-pastor, missionaries to Peru (13 Years), and 24 years as Senior pastor of a mission-minded and engaged church. Having served as both pastor of a sending church and as missionaries sent out of the same church, we have a unique perspective on the church/missionary relationship.
